Lindsey Herr for Madison County Court Judge
Lindsey Herr is an experienced attorney and dedicated advocate for Mississippi families. With a decade of practice in family law, civil litigation, Youth Court matters, and estate planning, she has spent her career helping clients navigate life’s most important and often challenging moments.
A graduate of the University of Mary Washington (Biology and Philosophy) and Mississippi College School of Law, Lindsey has served as a Youth Court Public Defender, guardian ad litem, and currently as the Madison County Youth Court Prosecutor. She also teaches the County Court General Litigation Clinic at Mississippi College School of Law, mentoring the next generation of attorneys.
When she’s not in the courtroom or classroom, Lindsey enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her husband, Matthew, and their three children, Penny, William, and Benedict.
